After finishing the latest installment of my Regency comedies, I am actually getting a chance to breathe between novels and enjoy myself a little away from the computer. So I got to go to my first Moonlight and Magnolias Conference in Atlanta over the weekend.
I was very taken with the flower garden in front of the hotel… It was really a butterfly garden, and I spent a bit of time soaking in the Southern sun, and watching the butterflies dance.
Well, maybe they weren’t dancing, so much as eating 🙂
I got to see a lot of friends while I was there, Gina Lamm, Elizabeth Michels, Jennifer Delamere, and I finally got to meet my genius of an editor in person, Mary Altman.
After the book signing on Saturday afternoon, Jennifer Delamere went on to win a Maggie Award. Jennifer, you rock!
I had a great time. I can’t wait to go back next year.
