Today I am taking a break from romance, Regency fun and give aways of all kinds to defend King John. As you probably know, I am obsessed with the early Plantagenets. I’ve always thought of John as Eleanor’s true heir. He was not glamorous the way Richard was. He did not always win as Henry II did. But he was a survivor.
