One of the main reasons I love writing about my own version of Regency England is that I get to live vicariously through my characters.
They take tea in a duchess’ house every day, often with cream cakes.
The ladies get to wear beautiful gowns, even if all they do is go out walking, take ices at Gunter’s, or view the lion in the Royal Menagerie.
And they get  to visit houses like these…
It’s really no wonder why I love turning on my computer everyday, and watching the antics of my characters unfold. They are not the only ones having a good time.
