I am no camper or Outdoors Woman, but I love natural beauty and Western NC is rotten with beauty. I visited Chimney Rock State Park near Bat Cave in Rutherford County and enjoyed walking up the mountain to view Hickory Nut Falls at the end of the trail. There hasn&#8217;t been much rain lately so the falls are thinner than usual, but as you can see, they are still lovely.
