I’m going to read The Queen’s Pawn regardless if I win the give away. Princess Alais is such an intriguing character. My daughter who is in a French immersion school memorized all the French kings and many royals this past year and had heard nothing of her. I just finished The Rebel Princess, sequel to The Canterbury Papers, which feature Princess Alais. I look forward to reading your perspective : )
